  • Third-Party Services refers to external services and APIs that We integrate with, including Google Analytics, Google Ad Manager, Google Ads, Google OAuth, and other third-party data sources that You connect to Our Service.

  • Personal Data is any information that relates to an identified or identifiable individual.

  • Service refers to the Website.

  • Service Provider means any natural or legal person who processes the data on behalf of the Company. It refers to third-party companies or individuals employed by the Company to facilitate the Service, to provide the Service on behalf of the Company, to perform services related to the Service or to assist the Company in analyzing how the Service is used.

  • Uploaded Files: When You upload files (Excel, CSV, PDF), We store and process the file contents You provide for data extraction, analysis, and visualization purposes.

Usage Data

Usage Data is collected automatically when using the Service.

Usage Data may include information such as Your Device's Internet Protocol address (e.g. IP address), browser type, browser version, the pages of our Service that You visit, the time and date of Your visit, the time spent on those pages, unique device identifiers and other diagnostic data.

When You access the Service by or through a mobile device, We may collect certain information automatically, including, but not limited to, the type of mobile device You use, Your mobile device unique ID, the IP address of Your mobile device, Your mobile operating system, the type of mobile Internet browser You use, unique device identifiers and other diagnostic data.

    • Encrypted using industry-standard encryption (AES-256)
    • Stored securely in our database
    • Only used to refresh access to Your connected analytics properties
    • Can be revoked by You at any time through Your account settings or Google account permissions
  • Data Processing: Analytics data imported from Your Google Analytics account is:

    • Stored in our secure database for the duration You choose
    • Used solely to provide analysis, reporting, and visualization features
    • Not shared with third parties except as described in this Privacy Policy
    • Processed in accordance with Google's API Services User Data Policy
  • Your Control: You maintain full control over Your Google Analytics integration:

    • You can disconnect Your Google Analytics account at any time
    • You can configure sync frequency and data retention settings
    • You can delete imported analytics data from Your projects
    • Disconnecting removes our access but does not delete data already imported

Google API Services User Data Policy

Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We:

  • Only request the minimum scopes necessary to provide Google Analytics, Google Ad Manager, and Google Ads integration features
  • Use Google user data solely to provide and improve features You have explicitly requested
  • Do not transfer Google user data to third parties except as necessary to provide the Service
  • Do not use Google user data for serving advertisements
  • Provide clear disclosure about how we access, use, store, and share Google user data

Revoking Access

You can revoke Our access to Your Google Analytics data at any time through:

  • Our Service: Navigate to Account Settings → Connected Services → Disconnect Google Analytics
  • Google Account: Visit Google Account Permissions and remove "Data Research Analysis" access

After revoking access, We will no longer be able to sync new data from Your Google Analytics account. Previously imported data will remain in Your projects unless You manually delete it.

Google Ad Manager Integration

Our Service allows You to connect Your Google Ad Manager account to import and analyze Your advertising performance data. When You choose to connect Google Ad Manager:

  • OAuth Authorization: We use Google OAuth 2.0 to securely authenticate Your Google account. We only request read-only access to Your Google Ad Manager data.

  • Data Access: We access the following data from Your Google Ad Manager account with Your explicit permission:

    • Ad Manager network and account information
    • Ad revenue and performance metrics (impressions, clicks, viewability)
    • Inventory and line item data
    • Geographic and device performance breakdowns
    • Ad unit and advertiser performance statistics
    • Time series revenue and performance data
  • Token Storage: We store encrypted OAuth refresh tokens to maintain ongoing access to Your Google Ad Manager data. These tokens are:

    • Encrypted using industry-standard encryption (AES-256)
    • Stored securely in our database
    • Only used to refresh access to Your connected Ad Manager networks
    • Can be revoked by You at any time through Your account settings or Google account permissions
  • Data Processing: Advertising data imported from Your Google Ad Manager account is:

    • Stored in our secure database for the duration You choose
    • Used solely to provide analysis, reporting, and visualization features
    • Not shared with third parties except as described in this Privacy Policy
    • Processed in accordance with Google's API Services User Data Policy
  • Your Control: You maintain full control over Your Google Ad Manager integration:

    • You can disconnect Your Google Ad Manager account at any time
    • You can configure sync frequency and data retention settings
    • You can delete imported advertising data from Your projects
    • Disconnecting removes our access but does not delete data already imported

Google Ads Integration

Our Service allows You to connect Your Google Ads account to import and analyze Your advertising campaign data. When You choose to connect Google Ads:

  • OAuth Authorization: We use Google OAuth 2.0 to securely authenticate Your Google account. We only request read-only access to Your Google Ads data.

  • Data Access: We access the following data from Your Google Ads account with Your explicit permission:

    • Customer account and campaign information
    • Campaign performance metrics (impressions, clicks, conversions, costs)
    • Ad group and individual ad statistics
    • Keyword and search term performance data
    • Geographic and demographic targeting performance
    • Device type and audience segment data
  • Token Storage: We store encrypted OAuth refresh tokens to maintain ongoing access to Your Google Ads data. These tokens are:

    • Encrypted using industry-standard encryption (AES-256)
    • Stored securely in our database
    • Only used to refresh access to Your connected customer accounts
    • Can be revoked by You at any time through Your account settings or Google account permissions
  • Data Processing: Campaign data imported from Your Google Ads account is:

    • Stored in our secure database for the duration You choose
    • Used solely to provide analysis, reporting, and visualization features
    • Not shared with third parties except as described in this Privacy Policy
    • Processed in accordance with Google's API Services User Data Policy
  • Your Control: You maintain full control over Your Google Ads integration:

    • You can disconnect Your Google Ads account at any time
    • You can configure sync frequency and data retention settings
    • You can delete imported campaign data from Your projects
    • Disconnecting removes our access but does not delete data already imported

Revoking Access to Google Services

You can revoke Our access to Your Google Analytics, Google Ad Manager, or Google Ads data at any time through:

  • Our Service: Navigate to Account Settings → Connected Services → Disconnect the respective Google service
  • Google Account: Visit Google Account Permissions and remove "Data Research Analysis" access

After revoking access, We will no longer be able to sync new data from Your Google accounts. Previously imported data will remain in Your projects unless You manually delete it.

Database and File Upload Data Handling

Our Service allows You to connect Your own databases and upload files for analysis purposes:

  • Database Connections: When You connect external databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MariaDB, MongoDB):

    • We store Your connection credentials encrypted using AES-256 encryption
    • We use these credentials only to query data You authorize for Your projects
    • Credentials are stored securely in our database and never shared with third parties
    • You can disconnect databases and delete credentials at any time through Your account settings
  • File Uploads: When You upload files (Excel, CSV, PDF):

    • Files are processed to extract data for analysis within Your projects
    • Uploaded files are stored securely and only accessible by You and authorized project members
    • We do not use uploaded file contents for any purpose other than providing analysis features to You
    • You can delete uploaded files and extracted data at any time through Your account settings

Tracking Technologies and Cookies

We use Cookies and similar tracking technologies to track the activity on Our Service and store certain information. Tracking technologies used are beacons, tags, and scripts to collect and track information and to improve and analyze Our Service. The technologies We use may include:
